Most people walking through our doors for the first time feel a mix of excited and slightly nervous. That’s completely normal and exactly what our beginners courses are designed for.
Here’s what your first class will actually look like:
Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely beginner-focused
No egos, no pressure to “keep up”
Everyone is new and learning together
You won’t be thrown in at the deep end. We’ll guide you through everything step by step.
Each session is structured and easy to follow:
Warm-up to get you moving
Learn basic punches, kicks, and technique
Partner pad work
Light conditioning
No sparring until you're ready. No getting hit. Just learning and building confidence.
Comfortable gym clothes
Water
That’s it. No special equipment needed to start.
You don’t need to be fit
You don’t need any experience
You don’t need to “be good”
You won’t be expected to know anything
We’ll teach you everything from scratch.
